CM Roof cleaning and protectant offers comprehensive concrete protection in all weather conditions through the formation of two types of crystals that create water repellency.
The hygroscopic and hygrophilic crystal properties provide double the protection, durable against moisture penetration in concrete as well as all absorbent masonry substrates. Its properties ensure robust defense against moisture penetration in concrete and other absorbent masonry surfaces.
Advantages of our CM Application
For demonstration purposes, the right side of the slab is treated with CM Self Cleaning Protectant. After letting the product dry, water is poured over the entire surface.

TEST APPLICATION AREA
Application of ABM's C/M Onto tile roof.
Since the application of the C/M cleaner and moisture repellant onto the test area three years ago, the product continues to protect the tiles.
As a test ABM's CM was applied to Spanish tile roof.
